Who we are

What we collect
Only what you choose to send through the application form or by email: your name or alias, email address, links to your pages and socials, a rough idea of your current earnings, and anything you write to us. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
To read your application, reply to you, and if you decide to go ahead, to discuss working together. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Who sees it
Only the people who run Norvo. Applications sent through the form are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that passes them on and does not use them for anything else. Beyond that we do not sell or share your details, and we never publish who applies to us or who we work with.
How long we keep it
If we don't end up working together, we delete your application within 12 months. If we do, it becomes part of our client records and is kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, at any time: email contact@norvomanagement.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
